I have been using these soaps for a few years now, having received the initial one as a gift. What a gift. Beautifully wrapped in recycled materials, Devine to use, smelled heavenly and wonderful on the skin and made without parabens or palm oil. Made with care and not an anonymous factory. I’ve had emails from a lovely sounding human rather than a computer generated robot. Everything about JacqsArtisan Soapery is what we want more of in this world.
What a lovely surprise to receive, not just what I ordered, which was a marble draining soap dish, but a free sample of lemon verbena soap. Beautifully wrapped with a lovely message included. What a lovely shopping experience, thank you!
I ordered the Mango Citrus and Smokey Charcoal Soap and some draining soap dish and a beautifully sized Agave Washcloth and I was incredibly pleased with every single item. Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. The package arrived exactly as stated everything was packaged so beautifully. The presentation was so perfect and the gorgeous scent exuding as you open the box was sublime. I tried one of the soaps and can I say what a creamy, rich and generous lather as well as the beautiful delicate scent that lingers on the skin in a subtle way. The soap cleans my skin without stripping the moisture it was just perfect. Everything about the products from packaging, the thoughtful thank you note, thr detailed invoice abd a handwritten message is pure elegance. The Agave cloth is not very easy to find and I was so thrilled when my search led me to this unexpected treasure of a shop. My neighbour was equally impressed by my purchase that she is going to order some items as gifts. I will most definitely be purchasing from this shop for myself and family as these beautifully curated soaps and accessories are the perfect gifts for any occasion.
I am addicted to Jacqui’s lemon verbena soap and try to avoid using anything else. It is mild and gentle, doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, smells good enough to eat. It lasts for ages and doesn’t go slimy as commercial soaps can do. if that wasn’t enough she is a lovely person to deal with and recently went to great lengths to supply my soap, on what was a very hectic day for her. May I suggest when your bar gets really thin, dry it out until it is hard, then grate it and store in a jar, your precious handwash knitwear will love it as much as your skin does!
I have ordered from JacqsArtisan before and after using the soap I would never go anywhere else! I have tried many different scents and love them all. They have cleared up my skin massively and leave it feeling soft and clean, without using harsh chemicals! Really appreciate the handwritten message in my order and the complementary gift, thank you!

The soaps are the best I have found, full of natural scent but not overpowering. This time I ordered a refill of my shaving soap. Shave for shave this is so much better value than the cheapest cans of awful supermarket foam, and also is great for my face and my blades last longer….but what made me write this review was how it arrived at my house this morning: I thought a medal must have arrived from the king – a small card box, beautifully handwritten address, and a soap/wax seal. This just kinda sums up the care and attention taken, still, with every, even small, order. Thank you

I first spotted your soaps at Snape Maltings and noticed they were palm oil-free (most important) and made in my home county (less carbon footprint) so i bought a couple and never looked back. They smell wonderful, don’t have any unnecessary packaging and they don’t irritate my skin. I also love the fact that you send one or two sample sizes when i order online, perfect for trying out different ones or taking with me on holiday. They also make excellent presents. Well done and keep up the good work!
I Found these soaps In the green cupboard Harleston and have become addicted to them, the soaps are beautifully made and presented. I love the effort that has made to make packaging recycling as well. The soap feels luxurious and a treat for my skin, especially with all the hand washing etc. I love them all but my favourite is the lemon one and leaves your hands & body feeling moisturised as well. So nice to support a local business as well and with this product being so well made & presented it’s a lovely treat. Thank you Jacqs Artisan Soaps.
I’ve ran into these soaps by means of another internet site and after trying I decided to order directly from Jacqartisan. I’ve bought twice, and I’m going to make another purchase shortly. The products are all wonderful and it’s a real and absolute pleasure to use them. The raw materials used in the manufacture are as natural as it gets and the soap is consistent up to the last bit – keeps its format and doesn’t get mushy when approaching its end.
I was looking forward to receiving my soap order, (no, actually, that was an understatement, I was sooo excited when the artisan box arrived!) and I was not disappointed, – beautiful soap beautifully packaged. I applaud your palm oil free soap and no plastic packaging. Started using the soap straight away and it lathers luxuriously with excellent silky feel and natural fragrance. Will certainly order more :o)
I have used the rose geranium as a shampoo and been very pleased with the results. My hair feels softer and is less inclined to stick out all over the place. The skin of my scalp feels so much better. I was given my first bar of soap, but have now ordered more as I don’t want to go back to using ordinary shampoos.
I found your site on the internet whilst looking for palm oil free soaps and liked the look of your products. I have placed two orders since then and have been thrilled with my purchases. Prompt delivery, great communication and gratefully appreciated little complimentary items. I love these soaps. They are pure luxury to use and my “sensitive getting older” skin is improving weekly. I particularly love the coconut milk, the plain goat’s milk, and the chamomile & calendula bars. I am about to try some scented bars which smell divine. Treat yourself! You won’t be disappointed.
I love these soaps- my sister bought me one as a gift last Christmas and it is now all I use! The natural ingredients are lovely on my sensitive skin! They also come beautifully packaged!
I have been using these soaps for years now and am yet to find anything that works better. They all smell amazing, last for ages, and leave your skin feeling amazing! My favourites are the sandalwood, ylang ylang and tea tree soaps. Highly recommend, Absolutely brilliant!
